Hassan Bahloul is a simple man forced to live in a terrible state, unemployed and unable to get married to his fiancé. Hassan calls the state security services and speaks to an officer to inform him about a fire which he says will take place at a factory the next day. When the officer asks him about how he learned this information, Hassan tells him that he had dreamt of it. This begins a new chapter in Hassan’s life.
