Ahmed (Mahmoud Yassin) is a rich doctor who gets arrested for political reasons. His comrade Emad (Salah Qabil) gets killed as a result of extensive torture at prison. Intelligence Deputee Refaat (Adel Adham) forces Ahmed to sign a medical certificate that proves that Emad has died of natural causes, in exchange for his release, and he approves, but as soon as he is set free, he starts planning for revenge.
