In a final desperate attempt to stop a devilish plot, a dead CIA agent#39;s recollections, privileged insights, and abilities are embedded into a demise line prisoner with the expectation that he will finish the agent#39;s central goal.
Charge Pope (Ryan Reynolds) is a CIA operator on a mission in London finding a shadowy programmer nicknamed "The Dutchman." When he gets strangely trapped and slaughtered, a test methodology is utilized to move his recollections into unsafe ex-convict Jericho Stewart (Kevin Costner). When he awakens with the CIA specialist's recollections, his main goal is to discover The Dutchman and dispense with him before the programmer dispatches ICBM's and begins World War III. Yet, difficulties soon emerge and the mission turns individual.
