Naim, a rich pompous man decides to re-marry his divorcee Nahed, and uses his delegate Mamdouh as a witness. Nahed secretly plans to avenge Naim by disappearing, after all Naim's possessions were transferred to her. Meanwhile, a romance starts between Nahed and Mamdouh.
